Management is responsive to guests needs. Josh is always available to address any issues that may arise. I needed a room change because my neighbor was a bit loud and addressed it immediately. The only hitch was using washer and dryer that take quarters but no bills exchange machine. This is something management should look into.

I am a professional female and stayed for a few months in this long-stay motel. My experience was very enjoyable and memorable that I will remember it forever. I never had the experience of staying long-term in a motel before but this experience turned out above and beyond all my expectations. The place is quiet with very clean rooms and comfortable, clean, and new appliances. It is close to grocery stores and there is a park minutes away. You have your own parking spot and the place is very safe. WiFi and appliances in my room were wonderful. The owner is very respectful, responsible, and friendly. They make sure their guests have access to what they need and make them feel comfortable. I really appreciate what they offer with a reasonable price range. Also, my room had a great view that I loved and I got to experience the solar eclipse from the window of my room. The owner treated us like a family and left us cute gifts for Easter which was thoughtful and kind of them. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a safe, clean and convenient place for a long-term stay. Hopefully someday I’ll be in the area again to stay in this place and enjoy it! Clean, clean, clean. Thats coming from a germaphobe. Don’t let the word motel deter you from booking. These were transformed into modern clean suites. As a woman, I felt safe being here alone. There is assigned parking outside your door. Each guest is assigned a unique access code after booking is confirmed. There is also assigned parking. The rooms have a mini fridge and microwave. A hotplate or airfryer will be provided for additional costs. Upon entering the room, you’re greeted with snacks and a few started essentials. Coin operated W/d on premises. The only reason I didn’t stay for my 13weeks contract is because I like to meal prep for the week and the mini fridge wasn’t big enough for me to do that successfully.

Twin Rock Motel is an excellent accommodation for anyone who travels for work or a week stay. The rooms are pleasant with modern decor and everything one might need. The security system is top shelf with cameras for your safety. However, safety here is not an issue. The town of Ontario is one of the most secluded yet highly convenient towns in the Rochester area. Laundry facilities are ample and modern- clean also. The grounds are well kept with greenery and seasonal flowers, and the parking lot is well maintained. It goes without saying that the proprietors are respectful of their property and their guests. In summation- this place is cute - comfortable cozy and bright. It is the best of the best. With that being said the pricing is fair and honest- as are the owners of Twin Rock. Josh and Maria have restored my faith in good business practices- and that is so important to me. Thank you to them both for excellence.

Seamless stay with secure entry and exit, laundry in sight. Nice BR and kitchenette. Really nice stay from July to November.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was cozy, clean and quiet. I loved having my own parking space. The area was well lit and surveillance cameras made me feel so safe. Such a great place to stay while on work assignments. I’d suggest this place to anyone in the Rochester NY area.

This place was great!!! Just what I needed, in a quiet nice area, very clean. The owner is quick with responses and stays on top of everything, very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed.
